In some circumstances, AEO might be such a core part of our strategy that we need to account for specialized resources from various teams, but especially Integrated Marketing.
In those instances, please be sure to itemize your budgets to account for AEO by selecting it as a discrete product from the product library. This will automatically code the work to the Integrated Marketing team and assign the service line to Strategic Insights.
1. From the Line Item editor, add a Line Item --> Select from product library
2. Navigate to Views --> Discrete Products:
3. Select Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) from the menu and click add:
5. You should see a line item created like this. Enter the total budgeted amount for AEO services on the project in the Unit price field.
