FAQ: How do I delete a lead or deal?

What’s happening 

You try to delete a lead or deal and you’re unable to click delete:

Why

Only Super Admins can delete leads or deals. 

How to fix

Send your deletion request in the #hubspot slack channel along with a link or screenshot of the HubSpot record (deal, lead, etc.) A SuperAdmin will reply within one business day, verifying that they have deleted the requested record.
