HubSpot Training Requests

Use this form to request HubSpot training for new hires, recently promoted team members, staff returning from leave, or anyone who needs a topic-specific refresher. 

When to Use This Form

Submit a training request when you need:

  • Full onboarding training for new team members

  • Role-based training for recently promoted staff

  • Re-onboarding support for staff returning from leave

  • Topic-specific refreshers (e.g., pipelines, forecasting, line items, reporting)

If you're unsure whether someone needs full onboarding or a targeted refresher, submit the request and specify the context — we’ll help scope appropriately.

What Happens After You Submit

Once submitted:

  • The HubSpot team reviews the request

  • The trainee will receive relevant async materials (recordings, guides, documentation)

  • They’ll be added to the next appropriate live session, if applicable

  • We may follow up with clarifying questions if needed

Trainings are typically scheduled monthly, with ad hoc sessions added based on volume and urgency.

What This Form Is Not For
