The Different Types of Deals

 

There are different types of deals to categorize an opportunity/pitch. When creating a deal, you are required to select one. It is important to select the correct one as each deal type has its own pipeline and this data filters into reporting.


New Business

A new opportunity with a net-new or returning client

Upsell

An additional workstream for an existing client that is pitched within the existing Primary Agency.

Cross-sell

A new workstream for an existing client that brings in services from agencies across the network.

Renewal

A reduction, increase or no-change renewals of retainer contracts.
