      4. Set the contact as a LEAD

    3. Create a new COMPANY in HubSpot
      1. Search for an existing company in HubSpot and confirm that the company doesn’t already exist
      2. Add the company via the global add button 
      3. Ensure you use the company domain name

    4. Create a new DEAL from your new Company record
      1. Use the naming convention: Client – Project – YearQuarter
      2. Deal Type should be New Business
      3. Use your agency and practice
      4. Use estimated budget of $10.44
      5. Choose dates in the future

    5. Create LINE ITEMS on your new deal
      1. Add a 12-month retainer and assign it to your practice
        1. This retainer should be $5/month
      2. Add a project and assign it to another practice
        1. This project should cost $25
      3. Save these line items to update your deal amount
    6. Move your deal to the Submitted Stage
