FAQ: I'm being GHOSTED by a client, what do I do?
| What’s happening | You've submitted a proposal to a prospect or lead, but you haven't heard back from them in a while. |
| What should I do? | If you have submitted a proposal already, you should close out the deal and list the Lost Reason as “No Response.” This will remove the deal from our win/loss rates. Deals that are sitting at “Submitted” for 3 months or longer without movement will automatically be moved to Closed Lost. |
